Every book we send is carefully handled to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. As books are delicate and personal items, we follow a no-return policy. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect book, we are committed to resolving the issue by offering a replacement.

No Return Policy

Books are valuable and require careful handling. Once purchased and delivered, they cannot be returned. We encourage you to review product details carefully before placing an order to ensure you select the correct book.

Replacement Policy

We are happy to replace a book if:

You received a damaged book (such as torn pages or printing defects).

You received the wrong book instead of what you ordered.


To be eligible for a replacement:

The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

A clear unboxing video must be provided as proof.

The book must be unused and in its original packaging.


If the same book is unavailable, we may offer an alternative of equal value or store credit.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only processed in the rare case where a replacement is not possible due to the unavailability of the book.

Refund Process:

Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after verification.

A ₹30 processing fee will be deducted from all refunds.

Refunds are not available for change of mind or personal preference.

Once your replacement is approved, we will provide tracking details via email.

How long does it take to receive a replacement?
Once approved, your replacement will be shipped within 2-3 business days and should reach you within 2,3 working days.

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only provided if a replacement is not available.
